There’s nothing like a day shopping on Oxford Street, but if I’m going to spend hours walking around the shops, I need to be comfortable without looking like I’ve given up 😂

I went for wide-leg black adidas trousers with a matching top and then added my cropped beige trench to break up the black. Trainers were an absolute must — Oxford Street is definitely not the place to discover halfway through the day that your shoes were a terrible decision!

I finished the look with my little crossbody bag and oversized sunglasses. Easy, comfortable and still stylish enough for a day out in London.

This is exactly the kind of outfit I love for daytime: relaxed, easy to walk around in, but still pulled together.

Who says dressing over 50 has to be boring? Definitely not me. 😉

Now… the real question is, did I come home with what I actually went shopping for? 🛍️😂
